sustainably into all stages of their operations to ensure empowerment of the
target groups. - Skills transfer to employees, communities by ensuring interactive and participatory training at all stages of the project life cycle.
- Community involvement and participation at project implementation stage of
the projects. - Staff Career Progression Program: Employees receive financial assistance to
further their studies. - Staff Development: in house training is offered to all Engineers and Technicians.
- The target is to have at least 30% of the staff employed byMHTI ENGINEERING
being women from disadvantaged communities and there should be a balance which accommodates all ethnic and racial groups.
